With a lengthy career built around turning action items into results, Michelle is always there to make sure that things happen on time, on budget and exceed the client’s expectations. With five years of program management experience before helping form Firefly in 2005, Michelle brought with her a deep love of all things organized: spreadsheets, charts, budgets, office supplies, whiteboards, etc. She keeps all the Fireflies on task and on schedule. Not as easy as it may sound.
