About Us

17 years experience as website designer, programmer and technology lead.

Jim attended the Maryland Institute, College of Art as a painting major before doing his Master's in "Art & Technology" at Goddard College. The web as we know it was just being born then and Jim was neck-deep in the code and design and chaos of it all. He worked for many years as the Technology Lead at Hamilton Partners, running the interactive side of their business before venturing out on his own and, eventually, forming Firefly with Christine Martin and Michelle Morey.
